The DP World Tour Czech Masters will had a little added spice this week as Ian Poulter will tee up at Albatross Golf Resort, Prague, despite his move to the LIV Golf circuit.

The English Ryder Cup hero has insisted he will continue to play on the DP World Tour, who have attempted to suspend those players who have competed in LIV Golf events. Poulter is permitted to play while a final court ruling is awaited in the legal battle. In June, a judge granted LIV golfers a temporary stay of suspension ahead of the final ruling.

That allowed Poulter, Adrian Otaegui, Justin Harding and Branden Grace to compete in the PGA Tour co-sanctioned Scottish Open last month, and now Poulter is set to compete on the DP World Tour once again in Prague along side fellow ‘LIV-ers’ Laurie Canter and Hennie du Plessis — the South African who finished second in the inaugural LIV Golf event at Centurion Club just outside London.

Poulter, 46, has taken home moere than $1 million from the first three LIV Golf events and was part of the Majesticks team that claimed the runners-up spot in the last event at Bedminster, New Jersey. His debutant teammate Henrik Stenson won the individual title.
