Only six weeks after a piece of IKEA furniture threatened to throw a spanner into his marriage, PGA golfer Adam Hadwin is in trouble with wife Jessica yet again.

Following a best-ever finish in a major at the US Open at the Country Club in June, Adam was nearly defeated while attempting to assemble a TV unit at home, and — as they do for all of us when faced with those flat-pack wooden slabs, a bag of screws and that darned Allen key — tensions rose  in the Hadwin household.

Thankfully, Jessica was on hand to comedically give us Twitter-based updates throughout the traumatic time, and the happy ending.

However… It looks like Adam is back in the doghouse for this fashion faux pas:

Oh Adam, that is Things Not To Say To Your Wife: 101.

I guess he can smooth things over with a little shopping trip, as Jessica is fond of a trip to the store:
