Cameron Tringale stumbled as Xander Schafufele rose to the top in the third round of the Genesis Scottish Open on Saturday to set up and intriguing final day at the Renaissance Club in North Berwick.

American Schauffele is aiming for a third tournament in a row after claiming the PGA Tour Travelers Championship and the star-studded JP McManus Pro-Am. With the likes of Jordan Spieth, Matt Fitzpatrick and Dubai’s former Scottish Open champion Rafa Cabrera Bello, he won’t have it all his own way.
