Getting a hole-in-one while playing alone is a golfer’s nightmare. Getting a hole-in-one without anyone getting a video of it is the less traumatic version of that nightmare, but a nightmare nonetheless. Somehow, Danielle Kang has had 17 aces in her career, and none of them have been caught on video. How is that even possible?

On Thursday, the six-time LPGA Tour winner made ace No. 17 in the Fir Hills Se Ri Pak Championship. It happened on the 170-yard 11th hole at Palos Verdes Golf Club in Southern California. Kang used a 5-iron and finished the round with an even-par 71. She was especially excited for this hole-in-one because 17 is her lucky number.

Recording 17 holes-in-one is an outrageous stat. And the fact that there is zero video footage of any of them is unbelievable. Maybe we can get her caddie to wear a camera to record all of her shots until she makes another hole-in-one, so we can finally see the Kang hole-in-one celebration we all deserve.
