I only started using TaylorMade just after coming back from my injury, and EGolf Megastore told me they wanted to start to sponsor me with clubs. So I was like sure! The driver didn’t really suit me though, so I stuck with Titleist for that. As a left-handed golfer, there aren’t many options for a putter so I have an Odyssey putter which works really well.

DRIVER

SPECS: Titleist TSR2 9 degree

It took me a while to find a driver that I liked and suits my game. And I finally found this one! I love how this Titleist SR2 sits nicely when I am teeing it up. Which is a good view for me. I am able to launch it high with a low spin rate to gain maximum distance.

HYBRID

SPECS: TaylorMade Stealth Rescue 3 – 19 degree – Shaft Ventus HB 7-S Fujikura

My hybrid is definitely easier to hit than a 2 or 3 iron which is why I carry it. I used to play with a 3 iron but swapped it out for this as a rescue “miss” isn’t as bad – plus it’s great to use from the rough as it just comes out as a rocket and you are able to launch it high.

IRONS

SPECS: TaylorMade P.770 Tungsten – Shaft Project X PXi 6.0

I need to get fitted again for these actually because my back is moving much better and faster than before. So PW to 7 iron need to have smaller heads because they tend to come out a bit hot. So when you are in contention you don’t want to be worrying about that.

WEDGES

SPECS: TaylorMade Milled Grind 3 SB 10 & SB 12 – Shaft Project X

I really like my wedges. It’s a part of my game that I constantly have to work on. They’re great from like 130 yards and in. I tend to always chip with my 60 degree but learning to use them all around the green now.

PUTTER

SPECS: Odyssey Toulon Design Las Vegas H4.5 – Shaft Stoke Lab 70 Class

I originally was stuck between two putters but this one has the Odyssey Stroke Lab the balance of the putter is very consistent across my stroke. I am able to roll this putter so nicely and it sits great behind the ball. Plus the midnight black design is pretty cool.

PUTT PUTT

I have a putting aid and a slope guide always in my bag. It’s a really important aspect of my game to practice so I am constantly using it to keep sharp when it comes to putting.

SWEET TOOTH

I always have a Nature Valley protein bar in my bag. They are really nice, especially the ones that come with chocolate or caramel. There are plenty of different types to keep my energy levels going.
