The Golf Digest Hot List has been going strong for over two decades now. Our goal is to provide golfers with the most important facts and feedback on the best clubs in the world in order to improve your game. But what if you throw your club into the water? What do you do then?
In fits of rage, some golfers toss hundreds of dollars of equipment into water hazards. When the fury is gone, however, they have to choose between a new putter or taking their children to Disney World. Now thanks to an ingenious idea from Holein1trickshots, we don’t have to make that choice.
@jk_golf We all know a golfer that needs the Rage Reel đ #fyp #foryou #golf
âAre you somebody that sometimes chunks your way into the middle of the pond after bombing your drive?â the disembodied, borderline creepy voice asks. âAnd then you want to throw that wedge in, but then you remember you canât afford to buy a new one? Introducing: The Rage Reel.
âJust simply hook up your Rage Reel after a bad shot, tighten it up, flip up that reel and go ahead and throw that sucker as hard as you can into that pond. Youâre releasing your rage. Once that little hissy-fit is over, go ahead and reel that club back in.â
Itâs a beautiful invention that allows golfers to get their irritation out without needing to empty their bank account. The product, if it were to ever reach the market, would do wonders for tired, angry golf dads everywhere.
We know itâs not real (yet), but we can only hope that it hits in time for next yearâs golf season. Thereâs going to be a lot of rusty golfers by the time winter thaws out and this Rage Reel might save us all a lot of angst … and a lot of money.
