If you’ve clicked on this story, you’re either someone who is interested in purchasing a $75 MILLION Hamptons property with a private golf course or someone who is just interested in seeing what such a magical place looks like. We’re guessing you’re the latter, but welcome. We can dream about buying it together.

The listing is 21 Fairfield Pond Lane in Sagaponack, N.Y. Actually, technically, it’s 21 AND 407 Fairfield Pond Lane because it’s a couple of lots wrapped into one. And you’re going to want both, of course.

Now this is a 3.5-acre spread with a 9,000-square-foot home that has eight bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, plus access to a private beach and incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean. But for the purpose of this post, we’re mostly concerned with the executive golf course in the back.

And to get a look at all of this, check out this nine-minute video featuring realtor Ryan Serhant, of “Million Dollar Listing New York” fame. (I was always partial to Fredrik Eklund on that show, but Ryan rocks as well.)

Not a bad swing, Ryan. And as he mentions, it’s a little nine-holer. Not too shabby. Then again, we’d expect something nice for $75 MILLION.

Of course, the internet is filled with haterz, though, and the first few comments below the video are hilarious.

“Way too low of ceilings for a 100mil price tag,” one person writes. “And you can’t even do anything about it.”

First of all, it’s only $75 million. Get your facts straight.

“That’s a teardown,” writes another.

Agree to disagree.

“Can we talk about how small that “9 hole golf course” is?” adds another. “It doesn’t even look like the size of a par 3 course. It looks like a mini putt.”

Yeah, we’re going to hold out for a bigger private course with oceanfront views that costs slightly less than $75 MILLION. But if you happen to be one of the lucky few in the market for something like this, we’ll happily accept an invite to play as a finder’s fee.
