Life may be a rollercoaster for Ronan Keating, but when it comes to golf, he knows exactly where he wants to be — on the fairways. The Irish superstar was the latest celebrity to drop by eGolf Megastore to experience what the Middle East’s largest golf retailer has to offer.
Ronan, with his wife Storm, both keen golfers, visited the Al Quoz branch for a PXG custom fitting.
No stranger to playing on the links, when he’s not touring the world, Ronan enjoys competing in pro-ams. He has teed it up in numerous DP World Tour events, including the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship at St Andrews (which he is playing again next month), the Betfred British Masters and the BMW PGA Championship all on multiple occasions.

A passionate golfer for more than 35 years, the 11-handicapper has often spoken about how golf helps him escape the “madness” of pop star life.
“If I could do anything else in my life as a job, it would be to be a professional golfer,” the Dubliner previously said.
“It gives me freedom, it gives me peace of mind, it gives me something to focus on away from other things. For your mental health, something like golf is a wonderful thing… it’s incredible to be able to clear your head like that.
“Go out and hit a ball, forget about all your troubles, anything that’s going on, work, stress. It gives me peace of mind.”
It looks as though he may soon have less time on the course, though, with the former Boyzone frontman hinting that 2026 could be the year one of the world’s biggest boy bands makes a comeback…

eGolf Megastore is no stranger to welcoming celebrities. In January, they hosted World No.2 Rory McIlroy at their Al Quoz branch, where he checked out the workshop, including the PURE Shaft Alignment System and AccuFit Custom Fitting, before hitting shots in the bay with the TrackMan 4 and Foresight GCQuad launch monitors.
