Ludvig Aberg has one of the sweetest swings in golf, but he also has one of the sweetest deals when it comes to his living situation. On Tuesday, though, he said that might be changing soon.

Earlier this year, the 24-year-old Swede revealed that he lives in Tallahassee with fellow PGA Tour pro and countryman Vincent Norrman. And that he had a great setup with an even better monthly rent.

“I’m paying him $400 per month, so I’ve never lived cheaper than I do now,” Aberg said on the Talk of the Tour podcast with Norrman back in January. “I started by saying $500 and then you go, ‘How about $300?’ So I said, ‘OK, let’s do four.'”

Talk about a deal! But while the two currently still live together, Aberg has started house hunting.

“I think Vinny, my roommate, my landlord, is kind of tired of me,” Aberg said with a smile at his presser ahead of the Tour Championship. “I think he wants me out.”

Damn, that’s cold. But hey, they, well, Aberg had a nice run.

“We’re kind of looking for other places, which is good to have this time coming up and kind of get those things down because you don’t want to move and feel like you want to do it in between tournaments,” said Aberg of the upcoming offseason. “You want to make sure you have the time and find the right things and the right place.”

Ludvig, I’ve got room in my basement, if you’re interested. And all I’ll charge you is a golf lesson every so often. Just think about it.

Anyway, with a $100 million FedEx Cup prize pool on the line at East Lake this week, Ludvig may as well wait until Sunday night to make any decisions. His house budget might be about to grow pretty significantly.
