LIV Golf will make its highly anticipated return to Royal Greens Golf & Country Club in King Abdullah Economic City, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for the third instalment of LIV Golf Jeddah from 1 to 3 March 2024.

LIV Golf’s star-studded, international field features the sport’s biggest names including 2023 Masters Champion Jon Rahm, 2023 LIV Golf Individual Champion Talor Gooch (with his new team, Smash GC), 2020 U.S. Open champion Bryson DeChambeau (2023 Team Champions Crushers GC), 2022 Open Champion Cameron Smith (Ripper GC), 2023 PGA Championship winner and five-time major champion Brooks Koepka (Smash GC), six-time major winner and World Golf Hall of Famer Phil Mickelson (HyFlyers GC), two-time major winners Dustin Johnson (4Aces GC), Bubba Watson (RangeGoats GC) and Martin Kaymer (Cleeks GC), and many more.

Koepka, a two-time defending LIV Golf Jeddah champion, is no stranger to the Royal Greens layout and will defend his title after an impressive victory in the previous edition last October. Koepka emerged victorious in a dramatic playoff against Gooch, who was acquired by Smash via trade this offseason.

Reflecting on his success at Royal Greens, Koepka said, “Royal Greens is somewhere I’ve had success before, and to win last year, beating Talor in the playoff who had a great season was a great way to finish the season. I look forward to returning to Jeddah in March with Talor as a teammate to hopefully claim the Jeddah individual and team titles. It would be an incredible goal, and one I think we’re in a good position to achieve based on our records at Royal Greens.”

LIV Golf Jeddah marks the third event of the global 14-event 2024 season, providing golf fans in the Saudi Arabia and the wider region the opportunity to immerse themselves in LIV Golf’s innovative format, which features the world’s best golfers competing in simultaneous individual and team play across three days.

Fireballs GC, featuring captain Sergio Garcia, Abraham Ancer, Eugenio Chacarra, and former Torque GC player David Puig – who was signed as a free agent this offseason to replace former Fireball Carlos Ortiz, now on Torque – is set to return to Royal Greens as the defending team champions of LIV Golf Jeddah.

Captain Garcia expressed his excitement ahead of his team’s return to Royal Greens, “LIV Golf Jeddah was the site of our second team victory in 2023 and capped off a fantastic first full season for Fireballs GC. We can’t wait to make our return to Royal Greens as a team, defend our title, and look forward to the incredible support of fans in Saudi Arabia for what is always a great event.”
