Victor Perez has signed with LIV Golf.

Perez, 33, is a three-time winner on the DP World Tour. He also competed in the 2024 Summer Olympics representing France. He’s perhaps best known to American golf fans thanks to a surprise run at the 2021 WGC Match Play, where he finished fourth. Perez has made 17 major starts in his career, a T-12 at the 2023 PGA Championship his best showing against 11 missed cuts.

Perez earned one of the top PGA Tour cards given to DP World Tour members thanks to his play on the Euro circuit in 2024. However, Perez struggled this campaign, posting one top-10 finish in 25 starts. At No. 108 in the FedEx Cup ranking heading into the final week of the regular season, Perez needed a strong performance in Sea Island to retain playing privileges in 2026.

He was scheduled to play in this week’s RSM Classic, but after his signing Tuesday afternoon Perez was no longer listed in the field.

Perez will join Martin Kaymer, Richard Bland and Adrian Meronk on the Cleeks team, which finished 12th out of 13 teams in 2025. Perez is replacing Frederik Kjettrup, who was relegated from the league.

LIV Golf’s 2026 calendar begins in February at LIV Golf Riyadh in Saudi Arabia. It will be the league’s fifth year of existence.
