PGA Tour winner Jessica Korda announced on social media Monday that she and her husband, Johnny DelPrete, had their first child, Greyson John DelPrete, this past Saturday.

The 30-year-old Korda shared about her pregnancy back in August with a “Tee Time for 3” sign. Greyson was born a week after Korda joked that she might deliver him while sister (and now aunt) Nelly Korda was in a Sunday playoff with Lydia Ko at the LPGA Drive On Championship. The younger Korda ended up winning her ninth career title after a two-hole playoff.

Korda announced last May that she would be out indefinitely to recover from a back injury, having last played on the LPGA at the Cognizant Founders Cup earlier that month. She only played in six tournaments in 2023, with a best finish of a T-18 at the DIO Implant LA Open. While away from playing on the LPGA, Korda worked as a commentator during the CME Group Tour Championship as part of featured groups coverage. Her last win on tour came at the 2021 Diamond Resorts Tournament of Champions.
