Now with only one event remaining on the DP World Tour’s 2024 Race To Dubai. The curtain has closed on the 19th edition of the 2024 Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship at Yas Links Abu Dhabi.

With a reduced field introduced for the DP World Tour Play-Offs, only the the top 70 available players in the Race to Dubai rankings competed for this first event. That being, with some absentees, the player as low as 76th (Sean Crocker) in the rankings was able to compete.

Rory McIlroy, Shane Lowry, Adrian Meronk, Tommy Fleetwood, Adam Scott, Justin Rose and the rest of the crop, competed for a purse of USD $9 million, the same amount as the previous three Rolex Series tournaments. The winner, Paul Waring, earned a handy €1.419 million with the runner-up, Tyrrell Hatton, pocketing a payout of €918,675.
