The DP World Tour returned to action for the 105th edition of the Netherlands’ national Open, the KLM Open, with a record prize fund of €2,750,000, the highest purse in the tournament’s history and the most lucrative in Dutch sport.

In the fourth event of the European Swing, Italian star Guido Migliozzi returned to The International to defend his KLM Open title from June 5-8, following his thrilling play-off victory over Joe Dean and Marcus Kinhult 12 months prior.

Joining Migliozzi in the field was former champion Pablo Larrazábal, Major winner Jimmy Walker, and a strong Dutch contingent featuring Joost Luiten, Darius van Driel, and Wil Besseling.

Luiten, a two-time KLM Open winner in 2013 and 2016, made his 18th appearance at the tournament.

The 105th edition also marked a significant milestone, as Dutch football legend Ruud Gullit was appointed co-tournament director, sharing the role with long-time sporting lead Daan Slooter.

It was Scotland’s Connor Syme who won his maiden DP World Tour title as he saw off playing partner Joakim Lagergren by two shots at the 2025 KLM Open.
