After a one-week break, the Ladies European Tour (LET) returned for a three-week stretch of events around the United Kingdom.
First up was the ISPS HANDA Women’s Scottish Open at Dundonald Links followed by the AIG Women’s Open at Royal Porthcawl and then the PIF London Championship at Centurion Club.
The ISPS HANDA Women’s Scottish Open has been a mainstay on the LET calendar with this year’s event being the 23rd edition of the tournament with a prize fund of US$2,000,000.
It was also the ninth edition of the event since it became co-sanctioned with the LPGA Tour in 2017.
A field of 144 players representing 32 nationalities teed it up in a 72-hole stroke play competition, with a cut to the top 65 players and ties at the end of 36 holes.
England’s Lottie Woad produced a stunning victory on her professional debut at the ISPS HANDA Women’s Scottish Open with a final-round of four under per, 68 to secure her second tour win.
