A day after Mark O’Meara provided one final highlight to a Hall-of-Fame career on Pebble Beach’s 17th hole, a junior golfer introduced herself to the golf world with an ace on the iconic par 3. And it couldn’t have come at a better time.
Nicole Iniakov, partnered with Ernie Els, made a hole-in-one at 17 on Sunday with the duo tied for the lead in the First Tee division of the Pure Insurance Championship. Have a look:

Talk about clutch. And this dynamic duo wasn’t done. The four-time major champ added another eagle on 18 to cap off their four-shot victory. Paul Broadhurst won the pro portion of the event by three shots over Alex Cejka.
Here’s Ernie and Nicole talking about a finish that neither of them will ever forget:

“Nicole is one of the best players I’ve ever played with in this event,” Els said. OK, so Nicole will never forget hearing that as well.
