On Sunday at Bolingbrook Golf Club just outside of Chicago, Jon Rahm wrapped up LIV Golf’s 2024 individual title in comfortable fashion, keeping Joaquin Niemann at arm’s length throughout the day. The season-long championship came with plenty of goodies, including a $22-million-dollar winner’s check, but none more unique as the diamond-studded ring/ball marker gifted to Rahm following his big win.

If you think Rahm’s new ice looks pretty cool from the outside, just wait until you see what’s inside.

That’s right. Not only does this double as a championship ring and arguably the bougiest ball marker on the planet, when you open it up, there’s a QR code inside that plays the footage of Rahm’s title-clinching putt when you scan it. Sure beats that random nickel you’ve been marking your ball with all summer. (Seriously, why else do nickels still exist?)

Rahm jokingly asked if he could change the highlight to his decisive birdie on 17, but he’ll have no squabbles with how he finished the maiden LIV season, going 1-2-1 across the final three tournaments to pip Niemann to the title. Rahm might not have won a major in 2024, but he’s still one of men’s golf’s top dawgs, and now he has the bling to prove it.
