Adrian Larsson picked up another meaningful milestone last week, as the Dubai-based Swede made his first professional cut at the Asian Development Tour’s Nam A Bank Vietnam Masters.
Competing at Royal Long An Golf & Country Club, Larsson put together three rounds of 73, 68 and 68 to finish at seven-under-par, good for a tie for 28th in a strong field.
Final-day fireworks also came for Adrian with a rare albatross on the 15th hole, from 202 yards, with a 5-iron.
There was even a personal touch to the week as well, with his father on the bag throughout the event, adding an extra layer of significance to the achievement.
Larsson, a member at The Els Club Dubai and a product of the Claude Harmon III Elite Golf Program, has been building a reputation as one of the region’s most promising young players. His performance in Vietnam is another step forward as he prepares for the next chapter of his career.

That next step comes in August 2026, when Larsson is set to join DePaul University in Chicago to compete in NCAA Division I golf, a pathway that has long been a proven launchpad for the professional game.
The tournament in Vietnam was won by Khavish Varadan, who finished at 15-under-par, but for Larsson, the week was about progress, composure, and showing he can compete at the professional level.
