Following a successful debut, the Tommy Fleetwood International Pathway Series, presented by DP World is back for its second year, continuing its mission to unearth and empower junior golf talent from around the world and especially from within the UAE.
The first event of the 2025/2026 series will take place from 15–17 October 2025, at the prestigious Jumeirah Golf Estates’ Earth Course in Dubai: home of the DP World Tour Championship. The 72-player field will feature top boys and girls aged 12–18, offering a unique three-day competitive experience.

The event is part of a broader series of tournaments across the UAE, including stops at Al Hamra Golf Club (Ras Al Khaimah) from 20-22 November and Saadiyat Beach Golf Club (Abu Dhabi) from 9-11 February 2026. This unique tournament is aimed at fostering junior golf development and helping players take their first steps towards collegiate and professional golf.
Now firmly established as a key fixture on the junior golf calendar, the series is held in collaboration with the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA), allowing participants to earn ranking points and performance stars that are critical for access to college golf scholarships and visibility with scouts and coaches across the globe. The series also qualifies for the World Amateur Golf Rankings (WAGR), providing players with an opportunity to gain global recognition and elevate their standing on the international stage.
Subsequently, the tournament is supported by the sanctioning body, The Emirates Golf Federation.
Six-time DP World Tour winner and Ryder Cup star Tommy Fleetwood said, “Year one was a huge success, and we saw firsthand the hunger and talent coming through, especially from young players based in the UAE. It’s really important to me personally to give back to the game and to help young players find opportunities, not just locally, but on the world stage. This series is about opening doors, and I can’t wait to see what year two brings.”
With strong representation from the UAE and across the region, the tournament underscores a broader commitment to developing the next generation of players, with a minimum of 40 male and 12 female participants in line with AJGA regulations. The format ensures a competitive and inclusive environment that mirrors the standards of elite junior golf globally.
Daniel Van Otterdijk, Group Chief Communications Officer at DP World said, “At DP World, empowering the next generation is a key part of our vision, and sport continues to be an incredible platform for that. We are proud to support this series as it reflects our ongoing commitment to growing the game of golf, both here in the UAE and globally around the world by giving junior golfers a real chance to chase their dreams.”
Last year’s inaugural series received widespread acclaim from players, families, coaches, and officials alike, not only for the professional tournament experience, but for the impact it had in encouraging grassroots participation and spotlighting emerging talent from the UAE.
The return of the series reinforces the UAE’s growing reputation as a global hub for junior golf development and a bridge to the collegiate and professional game.
