Nash claims Creek Amateur Open
James Nash came out on top at the Omega Dubai Creek Men’s Amateur Open. Despite rain delays and the cancellation of the second half of round one, the event was still able to complete 36 holes on the Championship Course.
Nash emerged victorious with scores of 69 and 72 for a one-under total of 141, ahead of Oliver Ravenscroft, Joe Jones, Tariq El Chaib and Max Burrow. Former Team Europe Ryder Cup captain Thomas Bjorn did the honours at the prize-giving ceremony.

Laila triumphs at Sharjah
Sharjah Golf and Shooting Club hosted its 14th Ladies Open Golf Championship, with Leila Aghabi winning out with a level-par 72.

Green on top at JGE
Richard Green claimed the Jumeirah Golf Estates January OMA Emirates Medalford on the Earth Course. Runner-up was Marc Begg. The ladies winner was Willemijn Roeterdink.
