The new Abu Dhabi venue is set to become one of the largest Five Iron locations in the world, occupying just under 24,000 square feet. It will feature 12 state-of-the-art Trackman golf simulators, a premium food and beverage program featuring chef-driven menus, curated cocktails, and craft selections, Callaway Tour Club Fitting and equipment, and a scenic terrace overlooking the waterfront at Yas Bay, one of the UAE’s premier lifestyle and entertainment destinations.

The Business Bay Dubai venue will boast five Trackman golf simulators and a dynamic sports bar with augmented reality games, serving the densely populated Business Bay and Downtown residential areas of Dubai. The first Five Iron Golf venue is scheduled to open in Riyadh in Q1 2026. Located on the ground floor of the iconic PIF Tower in the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD)—one of the region’s most advanced business hubs—it is set to become one of the world’s most prominent indoor golf destinations, adding a new dimension to Saudi Arabia’s evolving sports and entertainment landscape.

Spanning approximately 1,500 square meters the venue will combine Five Iron Golf’s signature mix of cutting-edge technology, vibrant hospitality, and immersive design at one of the Kingdom’s most prestigious addresses.

Founded in New York in 2017, Five Iron Golf has grown into a global brand with over 36 locations across 16 U.S. states and five countries—including Dubai, India, Singapore, and Australia.

The company offers tour-level simulators, professional instruction, Callaway club fittings, a global membership program, and full-service hospitality. Not a member or golfer? Not a problem.

We’ll be open to guests who want to experience our award-winning dining, innovative drinks menus, and exciting vibe unrivalled by any other sports and entertainment facility in the UAE.

What golf-specific equipment can clients get involved in when visiting, do they need to bring anything?

Not at all. Each of our 17 simulators will be equipped with premium Callaway golf clubs. Additionally, our indoor putting green and 9-hole outdoor mini golf course will feature a variety of Odyssey putters.

Members won’t have to worry about trudging their bags to and from the club, either. We offer our members free bag storage.
